An Introduction to Corinne Baker ITEC dip, IIHHT
Corinne
began her working career as an Air Stewardess before becoming a Bilingual
Personal Assistant for an Advertising Agency and later on for an Architect &
Interior Designer and then a large American Oil Company.
She
had always been very interested in complementary therapies and, as she was faced
with the possibility of redundancy at the end of 1999, she decided to retrain
and become a Holistic Therapist. She
gained a credit in her ITEC diploma in Anatomy/Physiology and Body Massage at
She
subsequently studied further to pass her VTCT diploma in Indian Head Massage in
June 2000. She went on to study
Aromatherapy and Reflexology at
She
set up her own business working from home and as a mobile therapist first in
She
worked as a volunteer for 2 years at the
She
is always working on expanding her expertise and knowledge in the field of
Complementary Therapies and attended a course in Lymphatic Drainage Technique in
2001 to further help her cancer patients.
She is a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher.
She also trained as a Baby Massage Instructor with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and she runs Baby Massage Classes in Basingstoke
She has just qualified as a Doula and is a member of Doula UK.
Corinne practices in Bramley within easy reach of Hook, Basingstoke, Fleet and Reading.
She teaches Indian Head Massage in Gerrards Cross and runs various workshops on alternative therapies in Basingstoke.
